Okay, I've decided that to help myself in this war against myself, I would keep this blog to document my eating and exercising - ugh - just to keep myself in line.
Monday, July 22, 2013. Useless day. Out the window it goes. Did nothing worthy, ate like a pig all day.
Tuesday, July 23, 2013. Got up at 11. Then, for lunch, I had a peanut butter sandwich and some potato chips. The only reason I had chips is that they were left over from the reunion over the weekend. As soon as these are gone, that is it for quite a while, and I will push Ron into eating more of these than I will eat, I promise. At 2:45, I made myself turn on the Wii and do some of the training for 15 minutes. MAN, are my legs sore now!! They are literally trembling. 254.
It's now almost 11pm. I thought I would update this blog about the rest of the day.
I had a meeting tonight - I have joined the local TOPS chapter, and the meetings are on Tuesday evenings. I remembered this week (I had forgotten last week...) and went to the meeting (TOPS stands for Take Off Pounds Sensibly) right after a terrific thunderstorm tore through. I like my scale (the Wii) at home much better than I do their scale. According to their scale, in the two weeks since I joined, I have gained 1.4 pounds. Sigh - boy, do I have some work ahead of me.
After the meeting, a little after 8, I came home and tried to find some supper. I assumed Ron would eat supper while I was gone, but he did not. Neither one of us could find anything we agreed upon for supper, so he had 2 peanut butter sandwiches and I had an egg sandwich (made with 3 eggs). We each had potato chips, which finished off the bag, and some vegetables, mostly cherry tomatoes and celery sticks. I then had a brownie, which had been brought home from the reunion over the weekend. Ron had finished off the Oreo balls while I was gone, thank goodness.
That's it for tonight. No more exercise, except the walking to and from the car while uptown, which wasn't far, but it was more than I would have done here at home.
