Today was a most wonderful day. I got up, put chicken breasts into the crockpot for supper, played on the computer all day, ran uptown once for supper items, and just enjoyed the whole day. It was very peaceful and quiet and quite enjoyable.
I had an egg sandwich for lunch (3 eggs), along with walnuts and a banana. I was going to do my Wii training, but thought perhaps Ron, Corgan, and I would go up around the walk path, so I put it off. Then, of course, the rest of 'em decided to go out, and everyone met here for supper (yes, I ended up feeding them. Chicken breasts, potatoes, and big ol' salads) and then they left. Corgan decided to go to the drive-in with them, so we don't have him, and Ron went back to sleep, and here I am. So, ended up no exercise for me today. Ahhh, I can live with that.
Supper, as stated above, as a chicken breast. I had cooked them in the crockpot. I added a can of cream of chicken soup, a can of chicken broth, Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing mix and Lipton Onion Soup mix (which are both powders). I bought little red potatoes and boiled them in their skins. When I put them on my plate, I put some of the broth (gravy?) from the crockpot on/over my potatoes (3 for a first helping, and 3 for a second) and meat instead of using butter. My salad was a big ol' chef-type salad, using the end of the pieces of lunchmeat I cut up the other day. Not as big as my usual supper chef salads, because of the real food I was eating, but big enough. It was very tasty, if I do say so myself.
I am giving today five stars for food, and zero stars for exercise, since it didn't happen.
