birthday parties and Fridays

Thursday, I had a very small lunch because of going to Chuck E Cheese for a birthday party for supper, and I knew that would be a "bad" supper.  I had 3 slices of cooked ham (lunchmeat) and walnuts, that was all.  Then, for supper, Ron and I got a medium pepperoni pizza and he got buffalo wings.  He ate two slices of the pizza, as well as his wings, and I ate the rest of the  pizza throughout the evening.  It was a great birthday party, but not so great a supper.  Believe it or not, I was within my calorie count for the day, but over on my sugars and fats.  Just barely, but still over.

Friday, I had my favorite chicken salad (Underwood) for lunch, and some walnuts - 2 servings' worth.  I was hungry.  Then, after Ron got home, with Corgan, we decided to go out to eat.  We went over to Felicity to the FeedMill and I thought - what the hell - and ordered a mushroom hoagy and steak fries.  Do you know how long it's been since I've had fries??  Man, were they good.  I then finished up with a bowl of fruit.  Yep, all my numbers went to hell when I put my supper into myfitnesspal!!  Not unexpected, but damn.  Didn't expect it to be THAT bad.  Now I know.  Not that myfitnesspal knew what steak fries OR a mushroom hoagy was, but I improvised on them and - zowie.

So.....I am going to assume that when I weigh in tomorrow, it will not be good news once again.  I will not be surprised.  A week of good shot to hell with one bad rash decision.
