Yes, I know I am late with this one. We get our grandson on Friday nights and things are a bit crazy after he gets here, and I just plain forgot.
I had a sugar low overnight again - about 3 am. This is the second night in a row, and I'm starting to wonder what the heck is going on. A few jelly beans & gumdrops (about 10, seriously, folks) and up for an hour until I feel 'normal' again and drift back off to sleep. Not that sleep is a good sleep, but, still...
I got up around 11:30, thanks to a phone call from a friend at 11:00. After that, I couldn't get back to sleep, even though I tried, so I got up. I ran uptown to get the rest of stuff needed for the big birthday party/dinner tonight, so I won't be rushed tomorrow (yeah, right).
I had my lunch around 2:30. Two pieces of ham lunchmeat and a slice of Colby Jack cheese. No bread.
Still drinking a glass of water every half hour. This is getting kinda hard to do. Not that I am putting out any more, just that I am feeling full - bloated, even - and feel that if I drink another drop of water, I will explode. And it's only been two days!
For supper, we cooked (yes, fried) up some catfish that Ron and Corgan have caught and got them out of the freezer. That's all, though. No sides, just the fish. It was very good! I am using olive oil now, if that matters to anyone.
Don't know if I am looking forward to weighing in tomorrow or not - I feel heavier because of the water, but have stuck with exercising (except today, I didn't do any today), so we shall see.
wondered what happened to ya. should have known.
ReplyDeleteplenty of exercise, setting up yard sale, hauling tables and clothes and various miscellany. (Is there any other kind?)
Did well eating. One pb&j, half bag of chips, then later one slice toast and three fried (non stick pans) eggs.
