Today, I didn't really do a steady exercise like Wii or walking. Instead, I walked and walked through IGA, going back and finding all the stuff I forgot over there and back there and what not. I also made sure that I walked up and down every aisle. I know IGA here in Bethel isn't quite as big WalMart, but my hips told me that I walked close to a mile. Maybe not the whole mile, but close enough.
I also went out into the driveway and shoveled gravel from the wheelbarrow into a bucket for Josh to take home with him, so we can continue working on our "zoo" project and get it finished this summer. Man, were my arms quivering when I got done!! Yes, I know I am a wussy and it was only a 5-gallon bucket, but geez. I guess I need to put some kind of arm work into my evil E routines. Ugh. Oh, well, I was thinking about expanding anyway, and now I know for sure that I need to. Learn something new every day, they say!
When I was uptown, I went to Arby's for my lunch even though it was after 2 o'clock. I got a baked potato (butter only) for the side in my combo, along with my tea, figuring I would have my regular "lunch" or a salad for my supper, Then I had my favorite chicken salad and a serving of walnuts for supper (one of my regular lunches). I also had 3 orange tomatoes, cut into chunks! Yum! Boy, was I over on my numbers today. Only over 100 on my calories, but a bunch on my fats. Not good. The calorie count is okay, because myfitnesspal allows me about 500 calories less than what TOPS allows me. So, it works out okay for both of them. I usually am under the myfitnesspal count, though, so seeing that number go into the red was a little weird.
I give both the food and the exercise a three star rating for the day.
