getting my strength back....

Today, I felt a little weak, although fine.  I didn't eat a lot of lunch - I truly was not hungry, but knew I needed to eat, so I ate some orange/yellow tomatoes and some walnuts.  Tried doing my Wii training around 3:30-4:00, I could only do about 20-25 minutes.  I just could not do any more, and was sweating like crazy.  Sweating from doing the exercise, not a sugar low.  I did have a sugar low close to 5:30, and drank a cup of orange juice and ate 6 jelly beans.  This is getting to be weird.  How can I watch my diet, when I can't eat less, but I can't do exercise either.  Strange, strange situation.  I'll figure it out, though.  I am going up to the walk path with Lois in the morning, so we'll see how I do then.

For supper tonight, we cooked up some of the tater tots left over from the other night.  We cooked up a pack of hot dogs to go with them, and cut up some tomatoes.  It was wonderful!

I am giving today four stars for food - I ate too many tater tots, of course.  There are only NINE in a serving!  Ouch.  Exercise gets three stars - I tried, but just couldn't.

  1. had a ham and turkey sandwich and a handful of generic Cheetos. Spent afternoon at hospital for Rex's dr. appt.Took 45 minutes to get registered in the front! They were packed!

    So, not much on exercise, but equally not much on food.
