Getting stuff done...

Today, I managed to get some stuff done here around the house that I had been putting off.  I slept until noon, which I didn't do last week (the only-six-hour-sleep-nights, remember?) and to sleep that long was much more normal.  I am still having a headache, though, and this is starting to not feel good.  I was just telling my friends last TH the med I am taking for headache control is working very well, and *bam* the next day, a whopper of a headache started and has not stopped.  Instead of being just a 2 on the pain scale, this one is a 5 at the very least, and up to an 8 at worst.  NOT a good thing at all.  But, I got things accomplished today, and I was a bit proud of myself.  True, it's just 'normal' household stuff - laundry, dishes, etc. - but I let it all go last week, so it wasn't as easy as it sounds.  It  had built up a bit.  I also had run down to WalMart and get the weekly shopping done that we just couldn't fit in over the weekend, too.  This called for a lot to do in a few hours.  Add in play on the pute, and the day is shot!  LOL

I just kept going and going and didn't even think about lunch.  I got back from shopping - about quarter til 5 - and thought 'Hmmm...I feel kinda hungry. Did I eat lunch?  No, I didn't!'  I sure am glad I didn't have a sugar low while I was out!  I do carrry a nut bar in my purse, but still.  I just don't LIKE having them.  So, I ate a Little Debbie Oatmeal Creme Pie.  Hey, it was almost suppertime!  We were going to have the rest of the chili from last night, so after getting the groceries put away, I turned it on low, so it would be nice and warm by the time Ron got home.  Then I got back on the pute and played for a bit, until Ron got home.  After he got home, we got the rest of our Halloween decor set up outside (he needed to dig up extension cords and plugs so we could finish).  Then, it was strictly pute time while eating supper and watching TV.

Today gets five stars for food.  I only had supper and some snacks (once I started 'snacking,' it seemed like I didn't stop...I also had a banana, then 10 Better Cheddar crackers, then around 10:45 pm, 10 more Better Cheddar crackers.  I'll be glad when that box is empty!) A serving of Better Cheddars is 20 crackers, so having 2 different 10s is not bad.  I was 500 calories under when I put it all on myfitnesspal.  I'm okay with that.
Exercise is gonna get three stars. I did get a WalMart walk in, and I made sure I walked the whole store.
