I will take Sundays like this!

Today was a wonderful day!
Church, lunch (breakfast), football.  Yay.  Great food, great football.  I will definitely take it!

We went to Country Inn in Georgetown for our breakfast, as we have been doing, and were joined today with some friends from church.  As my Bengals weren't on until the late afternoon game, I wasn't as rushed in leaving - even though I still wanted to watch the early games, it wasn't as urgent - and we enjoyed our time with them very much.  Nothing like good friends and good conversation, right?  It ended up being quarter after one before we even headed for home.  Then we passed a motorcycle/deer accident on 774, and stopped to see if we could help, but a few cars stopped already (maybe the cars were involved, too.  We couldn't tell.) and had help coming.  It did look as though the woman - probably the motorcycle passenger - had broken her leg.  Please say a quick prayer for her - or send her some good healing vibes, whichever.  I'm sure she will appreciate them.  We got home, and I got my games on and my wonderful husband went outside to mow.  He's such a dork.  LOL  It certainly was a gorgeous day, that's for sure.

My Bengals totally kicked ass in their game - against a good team!  They only won by 40 points - yes, I said 40.  They play again on Thursday night.  Prime Time, even!  How about that - I hope they have some more points in them for this week!  Please, please, please...I guess the defense finally learned 'don't back off!'  We shall see.  I got on the pute for the second half of the game, and have been on ever since.
I warmed up the soup I brought home last night for our suppers, and that was that.  Even though it was warm today, it was very tasty!  Just the thing to close up a Sunday.  And, yes, I was under my calories for the day - by about 300.  Yay, me.  Certainly hoping to get back in the exercise groove this week - I can breathe now, much much better.

Today is getting five stars for food, and, of course, zero for exercise.
