8/27
Not much going on today. I woke up around 10, laid in bed reading until around noon, then got up, piddled around the house, doing small tasks, and played on the pute as well. I put the leftover green beans into a pan and on the stove, so when I was ready for lunch, they would be (more) done.
It worked! The green beans were fabulous!
I got back up around 3:30 and did my exercises, then just played on the pute before lying down again.
After Ron got home, we couldn't figure out what we wanted for supper. We talked about it for quite a while, then finally just decided to zap ourselves some of the sausage, egg, and cheese (croissants for him, muffins for me) breakfast sandwiches for our supper, and that's what we did. Breakfast for supper - always a good thing, right?
When I put my food in MFP, I got hollered at, making me think again about lowering my calorie count, but I just don't know. 1000 seems like a very low number, and I think I'd rather get hollered at than go over all the time, even if it wouldn't be by very much. Maybe when I start doing more exercise, I can lower it. Maybe.

Another day of nothing going on. Just like yesterday, I woke up around 10, got up around noon, only this time, I got up and stacked the dishes (I'll do them tomorrow before the weekend), did a load of laundry, and then played on the pute.
For my lunch, I had the last sausage, egg, and cheese muffin in that box, and I laid back down to enjoy my lunch, and I didn't get back up until almost 4. Of course, I didn't lie down until after 2, so it wasn't really all that long. I did my exercises when I got back up, then played on the pute some more.
When Ron got home, just before 6, we discussed supper as usual. He watched his news, then we made supper. He chopped his giant head of cabbage into 3. We put 2 pieces away, and he sliced the third into steaks for his supper tonight. I mixed the olive oil and spices (garlic, celery seed, and lemon pepper) to brush on them and we got those in the oven. I cooked the fish (sandwich fillets) in my large iron skillet on the stovetop, since I couldn't cook 2 different things in the oven at 2 different temperatures at the same time. With them getting done at the same time, I sliced an orange tomato for my side -- I sure ain't eating cabbage! -- and we ate supper of 3 fish and a veggie. I even stayed out here in the living room with Ron for a change! We each had an ice cream for dessert, too.
When I put my food in MFP, including a snack (a string cheese stick) for bedtime, and I was a little over 100 calories short for the day. I like that number! I can live with that - much better than getting hollered at!
Looking forward to going shopping tomorrow! Ron doesn't like shopping, so I try to go while he's at work. It doesn't always work out, but I try. Now...I am off to pay the bills for the week. Yay!
