Today, I didn't wake up until almost 10. It felt really good to have a GOOD night's sleep, and after the crappy (and short) night's sleep the night before, I really needed it, let me tell you. I felt so refreshed when I got, I actually wanted to do my housework so that I could play on the pute all afternoon.
You believe that one? I've got a bridge to sell ya in Arizona....LOL.
Anyway, I got up and did a load of laundry, and did up the dishes from the weekend, and then onto the pute I went. A little after noon, I got a text from my sister, saying that she was home from the hospital, so I don't have to go down there for after-school duties, so I decide to run uptown and do what I need to do at the library (since my printer is out of ink and I can't print here at home), so off I went.
When I get back home, I realize that I haven't eaten lunch yet, even though it's after three now, so I go scavenging. I got the pan of turkey and noodles out to get to room temperature to heat up for my supper, but I also discover that I have some Cinnamon Blossoms left! Wow! I toss one of those in the microwave with a bit of water to zap for a quick snack - can't really call it lunch now - and enjoy that, then have a banana, too, because the pastry just wasn't quite enough. I was feeling not quite right - probably from not eating when I normally do - so, I sat in my recliner and read for a bit, feeling that I could let myself drift off for a nap. Well, of course not, things just don't work out that way, you know. I was reading, then was receiving (and doing) some texting, and next thing I know, it's almost six and Ron is texting me that he's on his way home!
He has one of his frozen yummy (NOT) Chinese things for supper - we bought him all low-sodium ones over the weekend - and I had two, yes, two, big bowls of my turkey and noodles for my supper. That was it for the day. It was definitely a kinda weird day. Not much of exercise, just the walking I did when I went up to the library.
Putting my food into MFP, I was short on calories. Not by much, less than one hundred, but still short.
Today is getting five stars for food, and zilch for exercise. Well, maybe one.
I'm glad today is over - except for this very, very, very, very good football game! heeheehee
